A single-storey detached house at Murtonu, air-conditioned, with no shared walls, private parking and a garden opening onto the maquis.
The rooms
Living room
A sofa, a dining table for rainy or windy days, and a television. The tiled floor keeps things cool and the air conditioning does the rest.
Fitted kitchen
Open to the living room: gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Enough to actually cook, not just reheat.
Bedroom 1 — double bed
A double bed, a window onto the greenery, blackout curtains and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 — single bed
A single bed and a window onto the garden. Ideal for a child or a third guest.
Sitting nook
Between the two bedrooms, a small room with a bench: the reading corner for the siesta, or somewhere to drop the suitcases.
Shower room and toilet
A shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet, plus shelves for the beach gear.
Outside
The covered terrace is the heart of the house in summer: a large table, a wooden bench, curtains that filter the light, and a built stone barbecue.
The garden runs down towards the maquis. The private parking is on the property, so you park at the door — a real luxury in high season, when finding a space in Porto-Vecchio becomes a sport.
